The feature was going great and Josh worked himself into the top 10 and going into the 1st and second turn of the white flag lap he ran in on the top of the turn ( like he had been doing for most of the race) and several cars were blocking the track. He did not make it through that wreck. He ended up finishing where he started in 19th. Very disappointing!

Good qualifying effort, started 4th in the feature, quickly passed for 3rd, was challenging for 2nd and the right front shock stuck fully open. Josh fell back to 9th when the shock caused the front axle to break on the 22nd lap and Josh drove off of the track with the lower right radius rod mount broken off of the front axle.

Josh went out in the heat and won it. He noticed a miss at the end of the heat and we went over the car to find the problem. We thought we had the problem fixed and went out for the feature. Josh started 18th. He ran about 5 or 6 laps and the miss came back. Slightly past half way in the race he pulled off of the track when the miss got really bad.

Josh timed 26th out of 61 cars, then had a 7th place finish in the first heat race. Josh then had a 2nd place finish in Friday nights feature, he led the race until 2 laps to go when a lapped car got in the way and made Josh check up and the 2nd place car passed for the lead.

Josh started 6th in that days heat race and by half way he was running second catching the leader when the power steering hose broke with 2 laps to go he was unable to finish the heat.
This put Josh in the B main and Josh worked his way into 3rd and that transferred him to the A main. Josh started the A main from the 23rd position and for the first 25 laps moved up to the 11th position. On a lap 27 caution Josh found himself with a throttle pedal that was not fully returning and brakes that were all used up. Josh was able to maintain his 11th position until the lap 35 checkers.

We had a great heat race, raced with Curt Michael for several laps for the lead until he finally was able to hold us off for the heat win we finished 2nd. The feature was looking good for a while Josh was moving up thru the field when a rock or some kind of debris broke the brake line off of the left front brake caliper and Josh ended up finishing 19th.

Josh started the heat race and quickly jumped out to the lead from his 2nd starting spot. Josh had a sizable lead when he broke a rocker arm on the engine on lap 5. He still ended up finishing 2nd in the heat.
Josh started the feature in 18th and had problems from the start in the feature, he ended up with a 21st finish because of a broken piston in the engine and handling problems. Unfortunately Bridgeport is the place to find the weak links in the engine and we found 2 in one night.

Josh started the heat race in the back row he got up to 4th missing qualifying by one spot. This made us have to run the B main. Josh started 2nd in the Bmain and easily won the race by 1/2 lap.
Josh then started the feature in 19th and passed up to 13th.
The race had 54 entrants 24 cars started the feature.

Josh started the race from the 20th position. In the opening laps he stopped on the track to avoid a couple of other cars that were spinning on the track. When the race was restarted Josh was restarted last in the field. This did not last long as Josh Started moving up. Josh Worked his way up to 10th at the finish having a pretty good run.
Next was the URC non- winners race. When the Green flag dropped Josh jumped from his 5th place starting position into the lead by the exit of the 2nd turn. Unfortunately the flagger didn't like the start and threw the caution, this time the restart did not go as well and we fell in line 4th and started working on the 3rd position, Josh had to slow in the middle of the turn for the 3rd place car and the 5th place car ran in the back of us and cut the right rear tire. The crew changed the tire and got Josh back out for the restart. Josh went to the outside on the restart and contact was made by two of the cars in front of Josh, he was able to make it past the first car but was unable to clear the second car and flipped as a result of the contact. Thus ending our racing season.
